Unique network for hi-fi
Our network is optimised for best possible sound reproduction. We use a dedicated and closed protocol allowing uncompressed audio to flow. Designed for full CD quality, the network will transmit uncompressed music formats such as FLAC and Apple Lossless with no loss in quality. Our network does not suffer interference from cell phones or microwave ovens. There is also a two-way communication between all Living speakers on the network to ensure the best possible transmission quality.
Technology
To guarantee the clearest Wi-Fi, two antennas are built into the transmitters and receivers. With these available the system can find the strongest signal not only on the RF channels but on the antennas as well. If any interference is present on one antenna, the system will automatically switch to the other.
We’ve integrated a “sniffer” system as well, which detects other wireless channels and automatically jumps to free RF (Radio Frequency) channels in order to avoid interference before listening. The system progressively controls the audio bands available, ensuring that the Audio Pro network can coexist with other wireless systems. We have a built-in security filter that removes RF interference from other wireless networks.
